[Technical Features]

The IBC tank cleaning machine is mainly composed of high pressure pump, three-dimensional rotating nozzle, pneumatic motor, pressure regulating valve, pressure gauge, and high pressure pneumatic magnetic valve. When the pollution degree of filter reaches 75%~100%, it is easy to take out and clean or replace the filter.

The equipment is equipped with remote control function to control the equipment lifting up and lifting down.

The three-dimensional rotating nozzle is placed inside the IBC tank to process all-round cleaning. After cleaning, the three-dimensional rotating nozzle stops water spraying and lifting up automatically, the pressure is adjustable. The manual spraying gun unit is also equipped for manual cleaning the out surface of IBC tank.    

The equipment is widely used for cleaning the IBC tank stored with corrosive semi-finished products for daily chemical, pharmaceutical enterprises etc. The cleaning has no dead angle with high efficiency and low energy consumption.
