[Technical Features]

The equipment is adopted with bottle feeding tray for bottle entry, and utilized with star-shaped puller to feed bottles into the screw conveyer, the star-shaped puller is magnetic clutched. When the bottle transporting meets resistance or jamming, it will stop transporting automatically under the magnetic force and start running automatically when the resistance is small.  

The contact part between the screw conveyer and bottles is adopted with polyethylene sleeves to ensure the smooth movement and non broken of bottles. The bottles are 180 degree flipped to make the bottle mouth downward. After passing through the ultra sonic area, the bottles will be cleaned by the circulation water, pure water and compressed air  automatically and flipped 180 degree again after finished cleaning to keep bottle mouth upward then conveyed to bottle outlet.  

It is utilized with tower oscillator and generator for the ultra sonic to ensure that the cavitation of water molecules completely peels off the dust from bottles, the outside and inside of bottles are roughly washed by water and then fine washed by pure water. The water tank has heating function to keep water in constant temperature, with the washing of warm water, the cleaning performance is ensured and finally bottles can be output smoothly.
