Technical Features:

1. The whole process of the sterilization is tested online for temperature and pressure, the data can be printed in real time, ensuring the process easy to trace.

2. The main structure of the equipment is composed of two layers inside and outside, which is conducive to preheating&drying and continuous operation in the sterilization process. The inner bladder is made of imported SUS304, and the inner surface is smooth without dead angle, in line with GMP requirements. The casing is welding made of Q345R , in accordance with the relevant regulations of steel pressure vessels.

3. At the end of cooling, the container and packaging shall be dry.

4. The cabinet door is of air seal structure with safety interlock device.

5. GMP verification interface is provided on the equipment.

This product is suitable for daily chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries to pre-fill plastic soft bags and bottled liquid sterilization.
