[Technical Features]

The main material for the HWA-PSG series machine is adopted with the imported SUS316 stainless steel, the equipment is composed of industrial steam inlet pipe, water pump, evaporator, pre-heater and spiral separation system, which is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with the International Pharmacopoeia and CGMP-FDA standard, the equipment can be heated by industrial steam.   

The industrial steam is used for heating ion water to produce clean steam with certain pressure.

The heating amount of steam is controlled by pressure sensor and it is PID control, the pressure of clean steam is stable and reliable.

The automatic sewage discharge control system is utilized to ensure the water quality inside the generator.  

The safety valve ensures no overpressure, and the vacuum breaking valve ensures no vacuum inside the generator to cause damage.  

It is two-sections and three-grades (6 grades in total) separation technology, the pure steam meets the requirements of non condensable gas content, saturation (dryness) and superheat as defined in the HTM2010(EN285).

The heat quantity of high temperature condensed water is recovered by preheating the heat-exchanger, the energy is fully utilized and heating efficiency is improved.

Scope of application: suitable for clean steam cleaning and disinfecting the production equipment or devices of food, daily chemical, health products, pharmaceutical industrials.
