[Technical Features]

The equipment is high automation which adopts de-electrostatic ion generator to completely remove the dust particles from bottles. The bottles enter into the machine upright for manual or automatic placing, after entering the machine bottles will be flipped 180 degree automatically to keep the mouth downward for collection of dust particles or other pollutants.            

During the cleaning process, there are high-efficiency ion wind to remove static electricity, meanwhile the negative pressure will be generated in a local space for dust collection. As the dust particle are discharged, the bottles will be flipped 180 degree to keep upright and sent out from the cleaning machine, which is convenient for bottle collection and easy for connecting with filling line.

It can be used to remove dust, paper scraps, hair and other pollutants before filling the plastic bottles for cosmetics, food, health products, pharmaceutical and other enterprises with large amount of plastic bottles.
