[Technical Features]

 It is entrainment type cleaning and disinfection machine for common glass bottles which is used for cleaning various types of glass bottles except few special-shaped bottles. 

It is adopted with patent technology of parallel clapping and flipped transmission (bottles are upright placed, upside down cleaned and dewatered) to complete the conveying of bottles, and the pitch of clapping chains is adjustable, which is no need to replace cup holder or fixtures as requested by the traditional technological process, therefore the machine has good adaptability and reliability. 

Each bottle will be processed by three times point-to-point pure water spraying with high pressure and compressed air cleaning to achieve satisfied cleaning performance. 

The equipment has specialized mechanical design which makes bottles upside down for cleaning and makes bottles upright when entering tunnel furnace, the furnace has unique wind distribution mode in combination with infrared heating technology to reach the best drying and disinfection performance of bottles. The special maintenance door is designed on furnace for maintenance convenience.     

The equipment has advantages of stable operation and fine cleaning performance, and GMPC qualified.
